OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS COMING SOON

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Morillo Enterprises Holdings, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are currently building out our affiliate program, and it is not yet open for enrollment. We invite you to check back soon to become one of our founding affiliates and to help us share our coaching programs, advisory services, and digital assets with a wider audience.

When our program launches, this page will contain the full Affiliate Agreement, including the terms below. The following is provided as a preview of what our program is expected to cover. It does not create any binding relationship until the program is officially launched and you enroll and accept the final agreement.

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Once launched, our affiliate program will allow approved participants (“Affiliates”) to promote eligible Company products and services using approved links and materials, and to earn compensation for qualifying referrals.

COMPENSATION

Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique tracking links, at rates and on a payout schedule that will be published when the program opens. Only completed, non-refunded purchases will qualify for commissions.

TERM AND TERMINATION

The affiliate relationship will begin when your enrollment is approved and will continue until terminated by either party. We will reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate who violates the program rules.

ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY RULES

Affiliates will be required to promote the Company honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship. Misleading claims, spam, and unauthorized use of our brand will be prohibited.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Affiliates will agree not to make false or disparaging statements about the Company, its products, or its services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Affiliates will receive a limited, revocable license to use approved Company marks and materials solely to promote eligible products and services. All intellectual property will remain owned by the Company.

NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The program will be provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

Affiliates will act as independent contractors. Nothing in the program will create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

GOVERNING LAW

Any future Affiliate Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
