Our coaching, advisory services, and digital assets are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed. Any outcome depends on your own effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. We do not make any promise or guarantee of specific results, income, or return.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSES

All sales of our digital products, courses, and downloadable assets are final. Because these products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to their full value upon purchase, no refunds are offered once a purchase is completed. Please review the description of each product carefully before you buy.

COACHING AND ADVISORY SERVICES

Results are not guaranteed for our coaching and advisory services. We are highly selective about the clients we work with. In many cases, if we identify that you are not a good fit for a program, we will decline to accept or agree to take your payment before any engagement begins. Once a coaching or advisory engagement has been accepted and begun, fees are non-refundable, as we reserve time, resources, and access on your behalf.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you enroll through a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance of the purchase according to the payment schedule you agreed to at checkout, even if you discontinue participation.

REAL ESTATE MATTERS

Robert Kenneth Morillo provides educational and informational content only. If any interaction leads to an actual real estate transaction where Robert would act as a broker, you will be redirected to connect with a licensed professional at Aroa Real Estate. Any such real estate services are separate from purchases made on this Website and are governed by their own agreements and applicable law.

CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that is inconsistent with this Return Policy. If a dispute is filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to pursue any remedies available to us.
